Good Morning,
I appear to have successfully purchased the spinal wave qigong teaching but so far have been unable to access it.
Thank you for your kind assistance. Wishing you an engaging day.
Travel well.
Hello,
I wonder if
Is it possible to see the anatomic mouvement of the spine during the
exercices.
To have a representation of the spine moving straight and on the side.
To have a better understanding.
Thanks
You can view other videos including our Spine Wave and Sitting Spine Wave videos. The spine wave is a complicated exercise combining different anatomical movements.
If you’d like to schedule a private lesson, we can review your form and offer feedback. Perhaps if there’s enough interest, we can offer a short online workshop.
