This course explains the theory of Martial Grand Circulation and how to apply it for increased power manifestation.
According to traditional Chinese medicine and martial arts, the dantian is the center of vital energy and a source of physical and spiritual power. The lower dantian, located in the abdomen, is responsible for the storage, transformation, and circulation of energy throughout the body. There are several common qigong circulation practices such as small circulation, grand circulation, and four gates breathing.
In Martial Grand Circulation, practitioners use mental focus to lead their qi to their hands for increased striking power. There are three ways to manifest jing (martial power): hard jing, soft-hard jing, and soft jing.
In this course, Dr. Yang introduces qigong theory and instructs viewers on how to practice manifesting soft-hard jing and soft jing from a seated position. Included is a bonus follow along video.
