Four Seasons Qigong is a well-known medical Qigong practice which helps one prepare for the changing seasons.
In Eastern medicine, the internal organs correspond to the four seasons of the year. Four Seasons Qigong specializes in training the five internal Yin organs: heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and spleen. By training particular movements during each season, one can minimize imbalances and avoid common illnesses.
Four Seasons Qigong includes sets for Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, and All Seasons. The All Seasons set can be practiced in any season and will be offered periodically throughout the year.
Each season includes:
- lecture segment
- follow-along segment
- PDF handout
